Due to the nature of digital marketing services, we do not generally offer refunds once work has commenced. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund request is warranted.
Refund requests will be considered under the following conditions:
If the project has not yet started and the request is made within 7 days of payment.
If Techsforge is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to unforeseen circumstances.
If there is a significant delay in service delivery caused by Techsforge, exceeding 30 days from the agreed timeline, and no alternative solution has been provided.
The following services are non-refundable:
Any service that has already been delivered or partially completed.
Paid advertising campaigns once they have been launched.
SEO services after the first 15 days of implementation.
Content creation, graphic design, and website development once drafts have been shared.
Subscription-based services (e.g., ongoing social media management, monthly SEO services) after the billing cycle has commenced.
If you believe you qualify for a refund, you must submit a request via email to info@techsforge.com with the following details:
Your name and contact information.
The service purchased and the date of payment.
The reason for the refund request.
Any supporting documentation (if applicable).
Refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days, and you will be notified of the outcome via email.
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of the request.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated with your bank or payment provider, Techsforge reserves the right to suspend all ongoing and future services until the dispute is resolved. Any outstanding balances must be settled before resuming services.
Techsforge reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
